Winter Vegetable Conference and Trade Show

February 17-18, 2010

Asheville, NCAsheville, NC
The Winter Vegetable Conference and Trade Show of the N.C. Tomato Growers Association (NCTGA), in cooperation with N.C. Cooperative Extension Service, N.C. State University and the N.C. Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, offers educational opportunities and supports research efforts beneficial to all western North Carolina vegetable growers.

While the NCTGA’s name implies the group is solely focused on tomato production, this event addresses growers’ diverse horticultural needs in the region. This program reflects their needs and interests by covering many aspects of production, business management and marketing with more than 200 area growers attending the conference annually.

Attend a session with Dr. Chris Gunter, N.C. State vegetable production specialist, on Tuesday, February 17, 2010 to learn more about N.C. MarketReady’s newest Web resource: Tomato Growers Information Portal.
